- First full-time UX hire at an early-stage cloud detection-and-response startup, leading product design with a high degree of autonomy.
- Overhauled the platform's overview dashboard to simplify a dense, complex UI, and brought the product up to color-accessibility (WCAG) compliance.
- Led end-to-end design across alert triage, investigations, and reporting in partnership with engineering, PM, and customer success.
- Partnered directly with the threat research team to design AI dashboards monitoring usage and behavior, and designed an AI-powered chatbot for the platform.
- Partnered with the VP of Marketing on brand: updated the company website, created visuals for the permiso.io blog, and produced marketing collateral, one-pagers, event displays and invites, and branded merch; A/B tested web and email assets to sharpen messaging.
- Partnered with the VP of Threat Research and the threat research team to design customer-facing threat reports, including an in-depth Scattered Spider report for a high-profile client, and branded slide decks for conference presentations.
- Ran user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate flows with security analysts in Agile delivery.
- Translated complex security telemetry into clear, accessible interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Loom, and Google Analytics.
